The Program Manager Platform Revenue is instrumental in steering the daily business performance for Muthoot FinCorp ONE's Digital Gold, Fixed Deposit, and Non-Convertible Debenture portfolios. This role encompasses end-to-end ownership of business operations throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial product onboarding and campaign execution to optimizing conversion funnels, managing partner relationships, and meticulously tracking revenue. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology, as well as external partners, the incumbent ensures a superior customer experience while rigorously pursuing revenue, adoption, and engagement targets. This position is strategically designed as a development ground for future Revenue Managers, offering comprehensive exposure to digital financial products, commercial strategy, and platform-driven growth initiatives.
