Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, managing sales orders, maintaining sales records, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and order tracking records.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team.




Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
Maintain proper documentation and update records in Excel or ERP software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; a B.Com or BBA will be preferred.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
