We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in the valve industry.

The Inside Sales

Engineer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team with technical expertise, providing product recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in valves and fluid control systems, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or inside sales,



preferably in the valve industry or a related field.
Solid technical background in valves, fluid control systems, and related equipment, with knowledge of valve types, applications, and industry standards.

Responsibility
To review Customer RFQs and identify the most appropriate product from the Intervalve range matching customer technical requirements.
To submit quotations to the customers by the requested due dates.
To evaluate technical queries and provide proper TQ reply to customers with proper justification.
Preparing compliance to End-user specifications.
Maintaining price database for the outsourced products.
Knowledge of products, Materials, NDE (testing requirements), Painting process, standards, and IV / ELOMATIC product range.
