Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to Asso. Architect, which includes typing documents, and maintaining all related correspondence.
Preparing Proposals, Billing, MOU s, Consultants Work order.
Assisting the Partner in Recovery and providing the data as required.
Maintain timely and accurate electronic and paper filling system.
All inward and outward record of related projects.
Keeping records and reminding of agreed targets.
Maintaining electronic data for billing.
Play a vital role in maintaining documentation related to ISO/MIS Systems and generate/analyse the required data from time to time for accounting or MRM purposes.
Maintain weekly time sheets and records for weekly team meetings.




Induction for Recent Joinings in the team.
Maintain valuable communication link with Client and consultants.

Essential Competencies:
