Systematic study and adoption of the latest developments in software engineering.
Establish reference architectures, generate thought leadership, and drive high-end IP generation.
Lead technical collaboration with other product engineering teams, customers and partners.

What lands you in this role




18+ years of core software Engineering with minimum 5 years of Manager experience in application architecture, software R&D;, Software products, full-stack development and people management from Product Organization Or Well-known retail B2B product startup.
Proven track record in developing well known software products with high-scalable/high- performance/high availability in large-scale.
Solid foundation of technicalities with hands-on experience on data structures & algorithms, virtualization, performance tuning, software design principles, and quality assurance & validation. Ability to design complex system architecture and components.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, API Lifecycle Management, DevOps, Microservices and SaaS/PaaS engineering. Exposure to major Cloud Computing platforms (preferably GCP), Open-Source projects, and industry best practices in software engineering
