The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets within the steel industry. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, maintaining robust relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Identify and develop current business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.




Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the steel industry.
Solid leadership and team management skills .
Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
