Create a network of Technology suppliers, Ingredient vendors and 3P manufacturers for the commercial launch of products.

Guide the team to ensure end to end quality approach to deliver the products as per the design and product performance during the product use by consumer.

Ensure the product integrity in terms of stability during the shelf life and relevant regulatory compliance.

Lead the idea generation in the product categories of Nykaa categories through competition surveillance, consumer trends, recent ingredients, and local cultures.

Manage formulation costs through product engineering to mitigate the cost overrun
