Brief Role :

Hiring Analyst in Real estate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review all approved real estate business cases and initiate set up of lease records

Review, create and maintain lease documentation files, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Research ad hoc requests regarding lease details

Monitor performance of outsourced lease administration provider and provide feedback to leadership

Prepare Fact Packs / Prospect Notes in case of each of the potential targets / prospects.

Provide all the required inputs of the potential client / prospects to the management and settle the Pitch Books / Fact Packs, as the case may be.





May support preparation of portfolio plans for all Accenture locations.

May support development of real estate/ workplace design and planning projects, with emphasis on data analysis and modeling.
