About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at VJ Verma Jewellers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales at a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store, with a strong understanding of jewellery products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
Explain product specifications, purity, weight, diamond quality, pricing and making charges.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups and repeat sales.
Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation and showroom standards.




Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Stay updated on gold rates, current collections and jewellery trends.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store.
Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, pricing and product specifications.
Robust communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a target-driven mindset.
Skilled appearance, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
