Role :

Manage, coordinate, and implement high-quality real estate and residential projects in Cameroon, particularly in the residential and tourism sectors. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while considering cultural differences between Cameroon and Europe.
Lead the planning, organization, execution, and delivery of residential and tourism projects.
Develop and manage project plans: scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.




Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirement:
Degree: Civil Engineer, Architect, or any relevant degree in Real Estate Project Management. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, MS Project) are appreciated.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years proven experience in managing real estate projects, particularly residential and tourism, at European standards.
Deep knowledge of the construction sector .
