Should have experience in handling OEM clients with skills like
-Gathering monthly and weekly requirements
-Plan for dispatches and ensure material has reached the client
-Customer satisfaction survey
-First line of contact for any quality concerns at customer location
-Monthly visit to client along with Marketing team for increasing SOB
Should have experience is ISO TS and QMS.
