Maintain accurate supply chain transactions and records in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other business applications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, procurement, dispatches, order fulfillment, and logistics costs.
Analyze supply chain performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Identify prospects to reduce procurement, inventory holding, warehousing, and transportation costs.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Support lean management, continuous improvement, and standardization initiatives.
