Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including evaluating requirements, sourcing suppliers, and preparing and processing purchase orders for components and materials.

The Purchase

Specialist monitors delivery schedules, follows up with vendors to ensure timely supply, and maintains accurate records of purchases and pricing. Daily tasks include analyzing quotations, comparing technical and commercial terms, coordinating with internal teams on purchase needs, and supporting continuous improvement of purchasing processes.



The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies related to orders and invoices, and contributing to cost optimization without compromising quality or authenticity of OEM components.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with experience in end-to-end procurement workflows.
Candidates should have solid capabilities in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders, including vendor coordination and documentation.
Candidates should demonstrate good Analytical Skills, with the ability to compare quotations, assess cost-benefit, and support data-driven decisions.
Relevant experience in industrial components, OEM supplies, or engineering/technical environments is beneficial.
Robust communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, are preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or purchasing software is an advantage.
A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
