Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / BBA / MBA (preferred in Supply Chain or Operations)
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management

We are looking for a Purchase Executive in Chennai with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotes
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
Prepare and process purchase orders and GRNs
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and other departments
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation

Required Skills
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with purchase software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
Positive in MS Excel and report generation
Time management and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range
₹18,000 to ₹30,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
