Should have work on end-to end SAP HCM implementation and Support project
Should have positive and working knowledge in understanding and implementing Payroll and time management schema and rules
Should have working knowledge of SAP CATS and configuration
Should have work on end-to end SAP HCM implementation and Support project.
Should have thorough knowledge experience on module like OM,PA,Travel,PD,Payroll and Time management (Positive and Negative Time management).
Should have positive and working knowledge in understanding and implementing Payroll and time management schema and rules. Should have working knowledge of SAP CATS and configuration.
Knowledge of country specific solution(Finland) would be and advantage. Should have working knowledge with data updation tool in SAP like LSMW.
Should have basic knowledge of HCM integration with other system. Robust knowledge of key functionalities, tables and relationships. Deep knowledge of SAP customization and extensions methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation and communication skills.
Extreme focus on customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
