Lalco Cafe is seeking agile, customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences, manage tables, and ensure seamless service using up-to-date tools and operational best practices.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:
Welcome guests, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on dishes and beverages.
Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen staff using up-to-date POS software.
Maintain table cleanliness, manage side work, and handle billing efficiently.
Log daily shift reports and stock checks using Microsoft Excel.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi.
Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity or comfort using AI/digital tools to

streamline basic tasks.
Experience: Prior experience in F&B; service, restaurants, or cafes preferred.
