SAP HCM (Including OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, Event management)

o 6 to 10 years experience in industry out of which;

o Atleast 5 years experience in SAP HCM.

o Min. 2 years domain experience o Prepare planning documents o Expertise in SAP HR module.

o Must have able to do end to end implementation from its own without any help.

o Should have worked on 2- 3 end- to end SAP Implementation Projects for Indian clients o Should have thorough knowledge &

experience on sub modules like OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, Event management o Robust verbal and written communication skills.





o Should be aware of ASAP Implementation Methodology o Should have positive knowledge of roles and authorizations design o In- depth knowledge and understanding of the software project life cycle and project management processes.

o Must be individual contributor.

Work independently, manage small engagements or work as part of large engagement.

o Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.

o SAP certification is an added advantage.

o Preferably Chennai based
