The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their needs and preferences.

Explain product features, advantages, prices, and offers to customers. Recommend suitable products and convert inquiries into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and merchandise arrangements.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and product exchanges professionally. Manage billing, payments, and cash transactions when required. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.

Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new arrivals. Maintain valuable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
