About the Role

Perona is looking for a Retail Manager who will serve as the primary link between Head Office and retail stores. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, policy implementation, staff performance management, and a consistent customer experience across all retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the central communication channel between Head Office and stores.
Drive achievement of store sales and operational targets.
Monitor store performance, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
Ensure implementation of company SOPs, VM standards, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staff.
Coordinate inventory management and stock planning with merchandising teams.




Analyze store-wise business reports and recommend corrective actions.
Manage escalations related to store operations and customer service.
Ensure consistency in brand presentation and customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
5–8 years of retail operations experience.
Experience managing multiple retail stores.
Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel regularly across store locations.
