Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Managing the complete recruitment process till joining of the talent.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
Plan interview and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Preparing the timely issue of appointment letters




Inducting current employees with complete sensitivity and empathy.
Ensuring completion of joining formalities and documentation
Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
Assisting in handling employee queries and grievances
Plan employee referral programs
Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
Suggest measures for improving employee retention

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role assisting with onboarding processes.

Masters or bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
