Understand the Functional requirements of various HCM process

Need to have skills on Requirement Gathering and Creating Functional Design Documents.

Shall be responsible for OM & PA, Time Management and Pay Roll related activities in SAP, HR-FI integration for Payroll postings, Income Tax and statutory deductions and related configuration.
