: As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for leading complex installations, maintenance,

and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, especially RAC, VRF, Light Commercial, and Chiller units. You will mentor junior technicians, oversee quality control during service visits, and serve as the key technical expert for customer escalations and site issues.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute installation, service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems,

including RAC, Light Commercial Units, VRF systems, and Chillers

Act as a technical leader for field teams, guiding and training junior technicians

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution





Ensure all HVAC services and installations are performed to company standards, safety guidelines, and technical specifications

Review technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work

Conduct site audits and system performance reviews to improve service efficiency and reliability

Liaise directly with clients for technical discussions and support, ensuring complete satisfaction

Maintain detailed service records, job logs, and inventory usage
