Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
Explain repair work, service schedules, and estimated costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status.
Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain service records, job cards, and customer feedback.
Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.




Promote periodic maintenance and genuine spare parts as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in a two-wheeler service centre or automobile dealership preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage customer expectations.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
