Talent Acquisition.

Pre and post joining formalities.

Conducting monthly Induction.

Leave and Attendance management.

Payroll management of 150 employees.

Coordinating for Performance appraisal.

Conducting monthly Rewards and Recognition session.

Providing monthly HRIS and other trackers.

Employee relations and Employee Engagement.

Adhoc responsibility

Should have very valuable English verbal and written communication.

Should be a team player with a positive and learning attitude.

Should be willing to travel as and when required to Anand and Mehsana.

Should be well versed with all HR functions and MS office.

Job location : Ahmedabad

Male candidates preferred.Salary:INR 2, 50, 000 - 3, 00, 000 P.A
