Open trouble tickets & resolving Trouble TicketsTesting routes based on sales request and customer requirements. Assist in creation and implementation of documents and procedures to support operations. Create reports and analyse data on a daily basis.





Takes end to end Ownership of End user issues till resolutionFollow up as mandated by process requirements.
