The Service Coordinator will manage the schedules and day to day operations of all the Technical Service Personnel. He/she must be able to manage Technical Service Personnel in a professional manner. The work workplace is fast paced and the coordinator will need to be able to make quick and sound decisions. The coordinator is responsible for working in tandem with our clients.

Responsibilities Coordinates with Service Technicians for requirements of clients.





Coordinates with Service Head for performance review of Service Technicians.

Solid work ethic and service skills

Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations

Plans, schedules, and tracks Service Technicians for day-to-day operations. Coordinates with Service Technicians for completing client visit.

Coordinates with Service Technicians for requirements of clients.

Serves as the initial point of contact for clients and forwards client problems to Service Technicians.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid record-keeping and analytical skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
