Job Title: Online Service Engineer (Remote Support) Company: Delphin Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Santej GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat : We are hiring an Online Service Engineer to provide remote technical support for solar water pumps and solar street lights through video calls and phone. This is a non-field, office-based support role .

Responsibilities: Guide customers online with installation and troubleshooting. Assist with PCB, VFD, pump systems, and solar equipment. Resolve technical issues through video calls and phone. Maintain service records and coordinate with field teams when needed.

Requirements: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields. Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and solar systems. Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English. Freshers are welcome! Training can be provided to candidates with solid technical knowledge.
