JD Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach Mathematics to students of Classes 4 and 5. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and demonstrate an ability to foster curiosity, logical thinking, and foundational subject clarity in young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Mathematics and Science following the school syllabus for Grade 4 and Grade 5.
- Conceptual Learning: Utilize interactive teaching aids, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities to simplify complex scientific and mathematical concepts.
- Assessment & Tracking: Conduct periodic assessments, grade assignments and tests promptly, and track individual student academic progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an encouraging, positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom setting.
- Parent Communication: Attend parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and effectively communicate student performance, areas of improvement,



and behavioral milestones.
- School Events: Actively participate in school events, science exhibitions, academic functions, and staff development programs.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education).
- Language Proficiency:Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
- Experience: Freshers with strong teaching skills or experienced teachers (1–3 years teaching primary grades) are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong foundational command over primary mathematics and general science.
- Patient, approachable, and encouraging demeanor toward young children.
- Basic computer literacy for lesson preparation and academic record-keeping.
