Job Description: Elite Banker - Household Outbound

Job Purpose

To acquire and manage affluent household relationships through outbound sales activities, deepen customer engagement, and promote the bank's liability, asset, and investment products to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer relationships through outbound calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Acquire affluent and high-net-worth household customers for savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, and wealth products.
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Credit Cards
- Insurance Products
- Mutual Funds
- Fixed Deposits

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to increase product penetration.
- Conduct financial need analysis and offer suitable banking and investment solutions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal bank policies.




- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in bank systems.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable understanding of banking products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
