Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

As the E-Commerce expert, you will lead the formulation and execution of the long-term strategic roadmap for the country in this channel for eco-system products - working closely with the leadership team.

You will oversee the brand's online sales

Build a formidable relationship with E-accounts to drive agreed business growth and turnover Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-accounts and finalise the Joint Business Plan (JBP) after coordination with multiple stakeholders

Business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share You will innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business

You will drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and customer care through accuracy in demand forecasting and setting supply chain and logistics processes

Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed

Aligned profitability of the Ecommerce channel Excellence in execution to drive superior customer experience

Drive efficiency and effectiveness for all media and promotional campaigns

Building a strong customer connect Upskilling all key stakeholders in terms of their understanding of the new channel and its drivers
