Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment as per operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations and maintain productivity.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Identify operational issues and report breakdowns to the concerned team.
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain daily operational logs, equipment records and production reports.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and site teams for effective plant operations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in plant or machinery operations.
- Technical knowledge of plant equipment and operating procedures.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work at project sites as per business requirements.
