Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to manage and execute rooftop solar projects from planning and site assessment through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, vendor coordination, quality control, timelines, budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery for residential societies, commercial establishments, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute rooftop solar projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.

- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar installations.

- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

- Manage vendors, contractors, installation teams, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project costs, material requirements, labour, and resource utilization to maintain project budgets.

- Ensure installation quality, electrical safety, and compliance with applicable technical standards.

- Coordinate with clients, housing societies, commercial establishments, and industrial customers regarding project progress and requirements.

- Handle project documentation, technical drawings, material tracking, progress reports, and commissioning records.





- Coordinate with relevant authorities and electricity distribution companies for approvals, net metering, and grid connectivity, wherever applicable.

- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and final project handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.

- 4–8 years of experience in solar project execution, preferably in rooftop solar installations.

- Solid understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, modules, mounting structures, electrical systems, and installation processes.

- Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial rooftop solar projects.

- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, vendor management, site supervision, and quality control.

- Familiarity with net metering, grid connectivity, electrical safety, and relevant solar project approvals.

- Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in rooftop solar EPC companies.

- Exposure to housing society, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

- Experience handling projects independently from site assessment to commissioning and handover.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
