## Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Lead to drive the modernization of SAP user experiences as part of our SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation program. The role involves leading SAP Fiori architecture, application development, migration strategy, and integration with S/4HANA backend services while ensuring adherence to SAP UX guidelines, development standards, and clean-core principles.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Fiori Elements, freestyle SAPUI5, OData services, SAP Fiori Launchpad, CDS views, and S/4HANA extensibility, with the ability to lead technical design and development teams across a complex transformation landscape.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP Fiori/UI5 modernization initiatives for SAP S/4HANA RISE, including application migration, redesign, and development.

- Design, develop, and extend SAP Fiori applications using Fiori Elements, freestyle SAPUI5,



and SAP Fiori development frameworks.

- Define SAP Fiori UX architecture, application strategy, and technical roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Design and implement SAP Fiori Launchpad configurations, spaces, pages, catalogs, roles, and navigation.

- Develop and integrate OData services, CDS views, and S/4HANA APIs for seamless frontend-to-backend communication.

- Lead the migration of legacy SAP GUI, Web Dynpro, and custom UI applications to modern SAP Fiori-based user experiences, where applicable.

- Drive SAP Fiori app extensions, custom application development, and integration with standard S/4HANA business processes.

- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, reusable UI components, code quality practices, and performance optimization strategies.

- Champion SAP clean-core principles using released APIs, in-app extensibility, and side-by-side extensions wherever appropriate.

- Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, integration, security, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.





- Guide development teams, manage technical dependencies, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure adherence to program milestones.

- Ensure compliance with SAP security, authorization, accessibility, usability, and performance best practices.

## Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.

- Expertise in SAP Fiori Elements and freestyle SAPUI5 application development.

- Strong knowledge of SAP OData services, including OData V2/V4, service development, consumption, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with ABAP CDS views, annotations, and integration with S/4HANA APIs and backend business logic.

- Good understanding of SAP Fiori Launchpad architecture, configuration, role-based access, spaces, pages, and navigation.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA RISE environments and modern SAP extensibility approaches.

- Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio, SAPUI5 tooling, Git-based development, and transport/deployment processes.

- Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Build Work Zone, and side-by-side extension patterns is desirable.

- Experience with SAP Gateway, ABAP backend integration, authentication, authorization, and application performance optimization.

- Familiarity with SAP clean-core principles, released APIs, upgrade-safe extensions, and SAP development best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
