Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally Prime and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Respond to queries from clients or internal departments regarding financial information.
- Maintain records of invoices receipts and payments.
- Maintain Vendor and customer ledgers ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Perform other related accounting duties as assigned.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.




- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
