HR Executive – Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Rivera Coil Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd.

- Attendance Management – Maintain daily attendance, shifts, overtime and leave records.
- Recruitment – Coordinate interviews, hiring and joining formalities.
- Employee Records – Maintain employee files, ID details and personal documents.
- Payroll Coordination – Verify attendance, overtime, leave and salary inputs.
- PF & ESI – Coordinate statutory contributions and compliance activities.
- Employee Welfare – Handle employee queries, grievances and welfare activities.
- Factory Administration – Monitor housekeeping, uniforms, safety shoes, accommodation and canteen facilities.
- Training & Induction – Conduct joining formalities, safety induction and employee training coordination.
- Discipline & Policy – Ensure employees follow company rules and regulations.




- Statutory Compliance – Maintain applicable registers, records and compliance documentation.
- Manpower Planning – Coordinate with department heads to meet workforce requirements.
- HR Reporting – Submit daily attendance reports and monthly HR reports to management.

Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager / Plant Head.

Key Objective: Ensure smooth HR operations, adequate manpower, employee discipline and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
