We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to handle area marketing, generate potential business leads, meet prospective clients, and drive sales closures in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing activities across assigned areas in Dehradun.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified business leads.
- Visit prospective clients, present company services, and explain offerings.
- Schedule client meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate with prospective customers and independently close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads,



meetings, and closures.

Requirements

- Experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Dehradun local market.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
