Studio Covers is a premium home textiles brand (30+ years of heritage, 500+ hotel clients) growing across D2C, marketplaces, retail, and hospitality. We’re hiring a Purchase & Inventory Manager to make sure we always have the right stock, ordered on time, from vendors we’re in sync with.

What you’ll do:

- Own vendor coordination end to end: follow-ups, delivery timelines, quality and pricing discussions
- Raise POs for raw materials and sourced products, and track them to delivery
- Track ready inventory (in-house and sourced) and raw material stock; flag bestsellers before they run out
- Plan reorders using sales trends
- Oversee quality checks on incoming and sourced goods
- Match vendor invoices to POs and goods received; reconcile vendor ledgers monthly with the accounts team




- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the dispatch team on stock availability

What we’re looking for:

- 2-4 years in purchase, procurement, or inventory management (textiles, apparel, or home goods preferred)
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with Tally or similar
- Firm but good with vendors, able to negotiate and hold them to timelines
- Detail-oriented and takes ownership without being chased
- Based in Noida/Greater Noida, willing to work from our office in Ecotech-6, Greater Noida

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
