The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead and a potential CTO to lead the technology vision, architecture, and development of SalesWorx.ai, an AI-powered sales orchestration platform designed to help B2B businesses automate sales execution, accelerate pipeline growth, and grow strategic accounts.

The platform combines AI agents, sales intelligence, account-based marketing, workflow automation, and CRM integrations to enable smarter, more autonomous sales execution.

This role offers an opportunity to evolve into a Technology Partner / Co-Founder, with the potential to take ownership of the technology roadmap, product engineering, AI capabilities, and platform scalability while building a high-growth AI SaaS business alongside the founding team.

The Responsibilities

- Technology & Product Leadership: Own the technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap for SalesWorx.ai, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- AI Agents & Automation: Design and build AI agents for account research, prospect intelligence, lead qualification, personalized outreach, sales follow-ups, and pipeline orchestration.
- LLM & Agentic AI Development: Develop production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, tool calling, memory, and multi-step workflows.
- Platform Architecture: Build a secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform with robust APIs, integrations, and reliable data pipelines.
- CRM & Sales Integrations: Lead integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn-related workflows, email, communication platforms, and other sales technology tools.
- Product Engineering: Drive hands-on development, code quality, testing,



deployment, monitoring, and continuous product improvement.
- AI Quality & Governance: Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure reliable AI execution.
- Team & Engineering Leadership: Lead developers and AI engineers, establish engineering standards, and build an efficient product development process.
- Customer-Led Innovation: Work with the founders, sales teams, and early customers to translate business problems into differentiated product capabilities.
- Technology Ownership: Make critical build-versus-buy decisions, optimize infrastructure and AI costs, and ensure product performance, security, and scalability.
- Co-Founder Contribution: Contribute to product strategy, technical differentiation, innovation, and long-term business growth as a potential technology partner.

The Must-Haves

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technology product development, or AI engineering, including hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in AI/LLMs, agentic AI, Python, APIs, and modern SaaS architecture, with experience taking AI-powered products from concept to production.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, make architectural decisions, and build scalable products, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building SalesWorx.ai into a successful AI SaaS business.
