Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision:
- Convert architectural and structural drawings into physical structures.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities, trade teams, and laborers.
- Perform site surveying, layout work, and setting out levels using tools like total stations or GPS.
- Quality Control & Assurance:
- Inspect materials (such as steel reinforcement, concrete, and aggregates) to verify they meet industry standards.
- Check steel reinforcement (bar bending schedules) and formwork before pouring concrete.
- Monitor critical processes like curing and structural strength testing.
- Planning & Resource Management:
- Prepare and track material schedules, labor allocations, and equipment usage.
- Prevent material wastage and coordinate the timely delivery of site resources.
- Develop short-term work schedules and progress targets.
- Health, Safety,



and Workplace (HSE):
- Enforce site safety rules, labor laws, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance.
- Identify potential site hazards and stop unsafe work practices immediately.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, measurement books, and material records.
- Assist with technical billing, quantity surveying, and invoice verification for contractors.
- Coordination & Problem Solving:
- Act as a bridge between architects, structural consultants, project managers, and construction crews.
- Resolve unexpected technical issues or design discrepancies that arise on-site.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
