- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
- Source and identify potential clients and channel partners.
- Handle client enquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
