Job Responsibilities:*

- Supervise daily maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

- Attend to maintenance complaints and arrange timely repairs.

- Coordinate with external technicians and service vendors.

- Ensure safety standards and proper functioning of equipment.

*Requirements:* Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility management. Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
