Job Role
We are looking for a Presales Associate to communicate with clients, understand their property requirements, and collect relevant buyer, seller, and property information. The candidate will match client requirements with available properties and share the details with the respective Residential or Commercial team for further action.
Key Responsibilities
- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect information about budget, preferred location, property type, and other needs.
- Gather property details from buyers, sellers, owners, and brands.
- Match client requirements with available property options.
- Share relevant client and property details with the respective Residential or Commercial team.
- Forward qualified leads to the appropriate team for further follow-up.
- Maintain client information and call records in the CRM or internal system.
- Follow up with clients to confirm requirements and collect missing details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper lead handover.
- Update the team on call progress and lead status.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Valuable listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and work with different teams.
