Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a growth-oriented Co-Founder who can contribute to the company's growth through investment, business development, industry connections, and strategic planning.

- Invest capital in the business as mutually agreed.
- Bring new clients, business opportunities, and industry connections.
- Build relationships with brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and decision-makers.
- Develop sales strategies and generate consistent business.
- Explore networking opportunities, industry events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
- Contribute to business planning, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work towards long-term business success.

Investment, Profit Sharing & Compensation

- Both partners will contribute investment based on mutually agreed terms.
- Profit-sharing percentages will be negotiated after evaluating each partner's investment, contribution,



responsibilities, network, and business opportunities brought to the company.
- A fixed-salary arrangement may also be considered, depending on the candidate's role, experience, and contribution.
- The final structure will be clearly discussed and documented before the partnership begins.

Business Growth Expectations

We are looking for someone who brings more than investment—strong networking, practical business connections, client acquisition capabilities, and a genuine commitment to growing the company.

A transparent structure will be established for responsibilities, sales targets, networking activities, performance reviews, and business development.

Ideal Candidate: An entrepreneur-minded individual with strong business connections, a growth mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to turn opportunities into actual business.
