Overview:

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires solid communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Recruitment- Sourcing, Screening and Alignment.
- Onboarding of employees using the HRMS software
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation properly.
- Support engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Interaction with 3rd Party Vendors for Security, Housekeepers, Helpers and Labors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong communication skills (English,



Hindi and Punjabi).
- Knowledge of HRIS tools and labor regulations.
- Knowledge of Compliance is mandatory

Salary: Cash in-hand: 17k-20k + PF + Medical Insurance
