Location: Vasant Kunj, Recent Delhi
Salary: 65,000 – 80,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time | Live-out
Working Hours: 12 hours per day (inclusive of breaks)
Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Private Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious, and delicious multi-cuisine meals for a family of eight at their residence in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines, with a particular focus on non-vegetarian preparations and balanced meals suitable for children and elderly family members.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family.

- Prepare a diverse range of multi-cuisine vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

- Create nutritious, balanced meals according to the dietary needs of children and elderly family members.

- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.

- Manage kitchen inventory,



grocery requirements, and ingredient freshness.

- Coordinate effectively with existing household staff.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and food presentation.

- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the family and household.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a chef in hospitality kitchens or private households.

- Strong expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, particularly non-vegetarian preparations.

- Knowledge of nutrition-focused meal planning and dietary requirements.

- Excellent kitchen management, planning, and organizational skills.

- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with household staff.
