About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to support our real estate marketing activities. The candidate will assist in creating marketing content, managing social media platforms, executing digital advertising campaigns, coordinating property promotions, and generating quality leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media, content creation, digital marketing tools, and online audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and property promotional content.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and posting calendar.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

2. Content Creation and Marketing Creatives

- Design promotional creatives, property advertisements, brochures, and social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in creating property walkthrough videos, Reels, and short-form video content.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, promotional messages, and advertising copy.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing productivity.

3. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

- Assist in running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Support lead generation campaigns using Meta lead forms,



landing pages, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead volume, and cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on incoming leads.

4. WhatsApp Marketing and Customer Engagement

- Prepare and distribute property-related promotional messages and campaign creatives.
- Assist with WhatsApp Business communications and campaign management.
- Organize incoming enquiries and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate sales representatives.

5. Reporting and Coordination

- Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, campaign results, and social media performance.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for property updates, offers, inventory details, and customer requirements.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation.




- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in real estate marketing or property promotions.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and lead management.
- Basic understanding of advertising metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and cost per lead.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Consistency and quality of social media posts.
- Number and quality of marketing creatives and videos produced.
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Social media engagement and audience growth.
- Lead generation campaign support and lead data accuracy.
- Timely coordination with the sales team.
- Accuracy and consistency of marketing reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, enthusiastic about digital marketing, and comfortable working in a quick-paced real estate environment. The candidate should be willing to experiment with new content ideas, learn marketing automation tools, and contribute to generating genuine buyer enquiries and property site visits.
