We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork & Freelancer Bidder / Business Analyst to help us identify relevant projects, prepare winning proposals, generate qualified leads, and understand client requirements for web and mobile application development projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com, strong written communication skills, and a basic understanding of web technologies, mobile applications, and software development processes.

You will work closely with our development team to analyze project requirements, prepare tailored proposals, communicate with prospective clients, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Freelance Bidding & Lead Generation

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other freelance platforms.
- Analyze job descriptions and assess project suitability based on our technical expertise.
- Prepare customized, client-focused proposals instead of generic or template-based bids.
- Submit bids consistently while maintaining quality, relevance, and platform guidelines.
- Track submitted proposals, client responses, interviews, and project conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for long-term projects and recurring client relationships.

2. Business Analysis & Requirement Understanding

- Analyze client requirements for web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, e-commerce websites, and custom software solutions.
- Understand project scope, features, integrations, and expected deliverables.




- Coordinate with developers to validate technical feasibility and clarify requirements.
- Identify missing information and prepare relevant questions for prospective clients.
- Help define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and initial estimates when required.

3. Client Communication & Follow-ups

- Communicate professionally with clients through freelance platforms.
- Respond to project inquiries, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings when needed.
- Understand client business goals and communicate suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain organized records of leads, proposals, discussions, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Understanding of web and mobile app development projects.
- Basic knowledge of technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, React Native, APIs, databases, and WordPress.
- Strong English writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and translate them into clear, relevant proposals.
- Experience with lead tracking, client follow-ups, and proposal management.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with attention to proposal quality.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience working with a web or mobile app development agency or software development company.
- Previous success in securing projects through Upwork or Freelancer.com.
- Familiarity with SaaS products, MVP development, e-commerce, booking platforms, and custom business applications.
- Ability to prepare requirement summaries, project briefs, and preliminary scope documents.
- Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or project management software.
