- Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls and meet targets.
- DRA (Direct Recovery Agent) certification preferred or required as per the employer's requirements.
- Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Explain repayment details and payment options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.




- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the recovery team and report collection updates.
- Follow company policies and applicable RBI guidelines for recovery practices.
