Job Overview

Saraswati Group of Colleges is seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital student acquisition and branding campaigns across nursing, pharmacy, allied health sciences, physiotherapy, BAMS, and other higher education programs.

The ideal candidate will own the entire paid acquisition pipeline—from strategy formulation and campaign execution to ad creative testing, funnel optimization, and ROI reporting—driving qualified lead generation and boosting enrollment conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, scale, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery), and re-targeting networks.
- Lead Generation & Cost Optimization: Drive student admissions by managing daily, monthly, and seasonal ad budgets while maintaining optimum Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Funnel & Landing Page Optimization: Work alongside web developers and designers to build, test, and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Creative Strategy & A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B testing frameworks for ad copies, creatives, video hooks, landing page layouts, and audience targeting parameters.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, utilizing Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking,



and internal CRM tools to analyze performance and report overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and marketing ROI to senior management.
- SEO & Organic Synergy: Coordinate with the content and media teams to align paid search and display strategies with overall organic search (SEO) efforts and institutional branding campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, and growth marketing (experience in the education sector or institutional lead generation is highly preferred).
- Technical Mastery:
- Deep operational expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Pixel setup, offline event tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience handling marketing automation, lead delivery pipelines, and CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data manipulation skills using Excel/Google Sheets to interpret trends, spot inefficiencies, and make data-backed budget allocation decisions.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Transparent understanding of buyer personas (students and parents) within the higher education space.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi to craft high-converting ad copy and collaborate across departments.
