Job Summary

SPH Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, explaining property projects, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- - Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other property-related information.
- - Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.
- - Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and sales activities.
- - Coordinate with the sales and management teams for smooth closure of deals.
- - Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- - Graduate preferred.
- - 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development preferred.
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- - Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- - Positive knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market will be an advantage.
- - Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
- - Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
